We are seeking qualified individuals interested in the following career opportunities:
In-Charge Accountant
CPA with 7+ years of experience preparing 1120’s, 1065’s and 1040’s, with the ability to handle individual tax appointments; able to assist with the preparation and supervision of Audits, Reviews, Compilations and personal financial statements; capable of handling payroll and businesses tax filings, amended tax returns, tax notices, tax research, and tax planning and projections. Accountant must be willing to assist with pension audits at a supervisor or manager level; experience in working with manufacturing, construction and non-profit companies, a plus. Excellent computer skills and experience with QuickBooks, Creative Solutions and Excel desired.
The successful candidate will be capable, intelligent, fast and accurate, get along well with clients and staff and be able to engage in conversation exhibiting excellent communication skills; handle deadlines well; work independently as well as with a team and enjoy the work assigned to the position. This In-Charge Accountant will be able to train lower level staff members and want to develop and manage his/her own clients.
This position will be salary-based along with bonuses and rewards for performance based on productivity. Benefits offered include health insurance, medical reimbursement, life insurance, retirement program, paid license and dues, vacation/sick leave and holiday pay.
Staff Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business required. 4+ years of recent public accounting experience preparing 1120’s, 1065’s and 1040’s; experience in Audits, Reviews, and Compilations; excellent computer skills; experience in QuickBooks, Creative Solutions and Excel desired; must be able to engage in conversation with excellent communication skills; handle deadlines; work independently as well as with a team; ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Bookkeeper
Associates degree in accounting preferred with minimum of 3 years experience processing payrolls; quarterly payroll tax returns; sales tax reporting; general ledger; A/R; A/P; Billing; Financial Statements. QuickBooks knowlege a MUST. Experience with job costing and the construction industry a plus.
