We are seeking qualified individuals interested in the following career opportunities:
CPA with 7+ years of experience preparing 1120's, 1065's and 1040's, with the ability to handle individual tax appointments; able to assist with the preparation and supervision of Audits, Reviews, Compilations and personal financial statements; capable of handling payroll and business tax filings, amended tax returns, tax notices, tax research, and tax planning and projections. Accountant must be willing to assist with pension audits at a supervisor or manager level; experience in working with manufacturing, construction and non-profit companies, a plus. Excellent computer skills and experience with QuickBooks, Creative Solutions and Excel desired.
Bachelors degree in accounting or business required. 4+ years of recent public accounting experience preparing 1120's, 1065's and 1040's; experience in Audits, Reviews, and Compilations; excellent computer skills; experience in QuickBooks, Creative Solutions and Excel desired; must be able to engage in conversation with excellent communication skills; handle deadlines; work independently as well as with a team; ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Bookkeeper - Payroll Specialist
This position is responsible for working closely with clients to provide full service accounting and payroll support. Qualified candidates must have experience preparing payroll; payroll tax deposits; quarterly payroll tax returns; W-2 preparation; sales tax; accounts receivable and payable; billing; reconcile bank statements and make general journal entries.
